About Erik Kelly
Respect. Appreciation. Hard Work. Balance. These core ideals shape Erik's approach to life. And despite today's fast-paced lifestyle, he sees to it that these values remain at the forefront, both personally and professionally.
In his early teens, Erik began working in his family's rental property business. He wore many different hats over the years, learning the business from the ground up. This hands-on education instilled in him a deep appreciation of the value of hard work.
A Family Connection
As the Kelly family has grown, so has their connection with the community. They have immersed themselves into youth sports, school activities and volunteer work for local charities. And, like most families, they are often juggling a hectic calendar to manage work, play and other family commitments.
Raising their three children is the priority in Erik and Jenny's lives. "We have a lot of late nights some weeks," Jenny observes, "but the trade-off is well worth it for us...to have flexibility to attend school programs, youth sports games, or just afternoon playing with the kids. We feel this keeps us connected with our children in a special way, because we make time for moments and events that are important in their lives."
